Pierce Firm, PLLC is a full service certified public accounting firm, with a wealth of knowledge in tax, auditing and business services. The Firm’s technological advances allows flexibility to devote substantial resources to all of the Firm’s clients in order to fulfill the Firm’s responsibilities in a timely manner.

The mission at Pierce Firm, PLLC is to provide clients with the knowledge, tools and resources to enable them to be successful in attaining their goals.

To obtain this mission, we provide clients with a sophisticated knowledge base through the Firm’s professional staff that have significant experience in public accounting.

The Firm has developed a very strong niche in small to midsize businesses. The Firm understands that accounting procedures and tax regulations can be confusing at times. We are here to assist in any needs you may have. First and foremost, the Firm’s goal is to dive deep into each client to understand its business and its goals and to integrate this understanding into our overall financial plan.

Allen Pierce, CPA

MANAGING – PARTNER

Allen Pierce is the managing partner of Pierce Firm, PLLC. Allen earned a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Arkansas in 2004 and has been a licensed Arkansas CPA since 2007. Allen has primarily focused on providing services to the Firm’s small businesses, non-profit, real estate, manufacturing, and financial institution clients. In addition to audit services, Allen has assisted clients in income tax planning and return preparation, regulatory compliance, outsourced internal audit, and a number of other services designed to meet the special needs of each client.

Allen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA). He was selected to represent Arkansas by attending the AICPA Leadership Academy in 2014. He serves on various AICPA and ASCPA Committees and is the past Chairman of the ASCPA Emerging Leaders Committee and is the Vice President of the Northwest Arkansas Chapter of CPAs. He is also heavily involved in the ASCPA Industry, Commerce and Banking Committee and the AICPA Legacy Scholar Coaching Program. He is the treasurer of the Village at Shiloh Owners Association and resides on the Fayetteville Montessori School’s Board.

Jill Pierce, CPA

PARTNER

Jill has over 15 years of experience in providing audit and accounting services to clients in the employee benefit plan industry. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2004 with a B.S.B.A. degree in Accounting and Finance.  Jill accumulated most of her experience working for a regional accounting firm before joining Pierce Firm in 2019.  While working with the regional firm, Jill managed approximately 200 annual benefit plan audits and served as a member of the Employee Benefit Plan Leadership Team.  In addition to plan audits, Jill also assists with Form 5500 preparation and late filings through the DOL Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program (DFVCP).

She monitors industry developments and maintains relationships with regulatory agencies and industry leaders.  Jill is a member of the AICPA.  She is a presenter at various conferences including annual AICPA National Conference of Employee Benefit Plans.  Jill is also a member of the Arkansas State Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves on the Employee Benefit Plan Annual Conference Task Force.
